About Us
At Body & Sole we are passionate about what we do and are experts in the field of skin and hair. We have personally selected the products that we recommend as we feel that they will achieve the best results for our clients.
What makes us different is that if you’re not sure what your skin needs or wants, we can help you. With our skin analysis – face mapping exclusive from Dermalogica, we analyse your skin zone by zone and recommend the best treatments and products suited to your skin.
As we care about everyone all our treatments are available for both men and women.

Sarah Barnett
Whilst studying beauty therapy at Chichester College, it became apparent to Sarah that she wanted to put her personal stamp on the beauty industry that she had become very passionate about. Sarah was particularly fascinated by skincare and the different problems and challenges people face having suffered with acne from her teens and so decided to specialise in skin treatments using products that made difference to her clients.
Sarah enjoyed being in a retail environment having grown up helping with her families various shops she then combined the two when Body and Sole was created in 2001.
Sarah currently lives with her family and when not working enjoys horse racing and caravaning.
Emma Whiting
Emma joined the beauty industry at 22 after working in administration and was inspired by her sister to study beauty therapy for a more rewarding career.
Emma joined Body & Sole after leaving college and wanted to be part of a smaller salon where she would have opportunities to practice her new skills and learn further techniques. Emma is married and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family and cat Tiger!
