Dermalogica 25th Anniversary 2011 Join FITE

As well as it being a special anniversay for Body & Sole in 2011, Dermalogica our skincare partners for the last ten years are celebrating 25 years in business. In celebration Dermalogica are helping women worldwide grow their businesses and improve their communities. Since their founding, Dermalogica has been the leader of the professional skincare industry and has helped more than 100,000 women become sucessful entrepreneurs – as skin therapists and business owners. FITE (Financial Independence Through Entrepreneurship) is an innovative program to give women entrepreneurs access to small loans that will help them start or grow their business.

And yet investments in women are not being made. Women are traditionally more likely to be denied a loan by a bank and often face high levels of financial discrimination. More than 70% of people who live below the line of poverty are women.
